E2C.10 series

Here you can configure your e-chain system® individually. All entries and changes are taking over to the part list which is situated at the end of the page.

Series E2C.10 - Chain, non-openable

1. Universal: mounting bracket with strain relief option, Quick flange optional

5. Robust: Angular stop-dog system for high fill weights
6. Multi-option: non-openable or openable along the inner and outer radius from both sides

Series E2C.10 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Horizontal: Unsupported applications ≤ 0.75 m

When to use Series E2C.10

When a small e-chain® with 10mminner height and small pitch is required
For inner widths up to 50mm
For unsupported lengths up to 0.75m and fill weights up to 0.7kg/m
When a large range of modular components is required
When long unsupported lengths and high fill weights are required in the case of a small e-chain®
Quiet operation due to small pitch

When not to use Series E2i.10

When an enclosed e-tube is required
Series R07 Zipper e-tube
When torsional strength is very important
Series 06 E2 micro

Unsupported length

The unsupported length depends on fill weight
X axis: unsupported length in m FLB/FLG

fill weight = 0.5 [kg/m]
unsupported length FLB = 0.55 m
travel = 1.1 m

Option 1 - separators
Separators can be placed anywhere in the chain's cross-section as interior separation for the e-chain® - as standard, separators should be fitted every 2nd chain link!

Note: For the E2C.10, install the interior separation before assembling the e-chain®!

Standard separator - E2.10.2
For easy vertical separation in energy chains. Separator can be positioned at any position in the cross-section. No snap-in option, moves freely.

Notch separator for notch crossbar E2.10.5 - Locks in securely in 2.5 mm increments

Notch separator for exact positioning in e-chains®. Recommended for side-mounted applications. Abrasion-optimised, cable-friendly design.
