Series R2i.40

Series R2i.40 - Tube, lids openable from both sides along the inner radius

1. Sealed and universal: enclosed KMA mounting bracket with attachment from any side
2. Edge-free: smooth design, swarf cannot stick
3. Quick assembly: lid openable from both sides
4. Integrated grid structure: ideal for 90° rotating applications
5. Protected: covered pin/bore connection
6. Quiet operation: due to built-in brake
7. Lightweight with large inner height: good ratio of outer to inner dimensions
8. Strong: double stop-dog system for large unsupported lengths

Series R2i.40 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: hanging applications, standing applications
Horizontal unsupported applications ≤ 5.5 m, unsupported side-mounted applications ≤ 1.0 m

When to use Series R2i.40

Very light, ideal for high dynamics
Large inner height and therefore cost-effective
Cables are protected from swarf
Easy to fill, thanks to lid being openable from both sides
Low noise operation due to integrated brake
Integrated latching of the lid for side-mounted applications

When to use a different e-tube

Extremely swarf-resistant according to IP40
RX e-tube
For higher fill weights and unsupported lengths

Option 1 - Separators Separators can be placed anywhere in the chain's cross-section as interior separation for the e-chain® - As standard, separators should be fitted every 2nd chain link!

R2.40.2 Standard - Wide on one side for high holding force, narrow on opposite side for easy cable fitting.

3200.X Horizontal interior separation
Locks securely into separators at both ends, giving a fixed width. Can be used as full-width or partial shelf.
