Series E08 - Chain to be filled along the outer radius

1. Very easy to fill - ideal for applications with pre-assembled connectors
2. Small pitch for quiet, smooth running
3. Limited torsional movement possible
4. Low weight
5. "Push button principle" holds links together
6. Cable-friendly interior separation
7. Version E, filled along the outer radius
8. Version Z, filled along inner radius
9. Integrated strain relief option

Available inner widths Bi: 10 to 50 mm
Available bend radii R: 28, 38, 48 mm
Pitch: 20 mm/link = 50 links/m

Series E08 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: Hanging applications, standing applications
Horizontal: Up to 2m travel for unsupported lengths
Circular movement: Rotating applications possible, may require retrofit (machining rework is always needed starting at 180° rotation angle)

When to use Series E08

When a small e-chain® with 14.6mminner height and small bend radiiis required
For inner widths up to 50mm
For unsupported lengths up to 1.0m and fill weights up to 0.7kg/m
When easy filling without opening and closing of lids is required
If quiet running is required
If a light and cost-effective e-chain® is required

When not to use Series E08

For applications with particularly high loads and long unsupported lengths
Series 09 Zipper
Version Z is not suitable for gliding applications
