Series E3.10 - Chain, zip-open along the outer radius

5. Modular structure - crossbars, interior separation and connector on a strip
6. Quick and easy installation and filling using connectors and crossbars on a strip
7. Can be lengthened and shortened as required

9. Accessories available such as interior separation, strain relief and mounting bracket

Series E3.10 is suitable for the following types of applications:

Vertical: Hanging applications, standing applications
Horizontal: Unsupported applications ≤ 0.75 m
Circular movement: Rotating applications possible, may require machining (machining rework is always required from rotation angles of 180°)

When to use Series E3.10

If an e-chain® with a 10mm inner height is required
For inner widths up to 60mm
For unsupported lengths up to 0.70m and fill weights up to 0.3kg/m
If an e-chain® is required for high accelerations and speeds
Quiet operation due to small pitch
If quick opening and easy closing are required

When not to use Series E3.10

If a more cost-effective, openable solution is required

* The required clearance height is HF = H + 50 mm (at 0.1 kg/m fill weight), which should be observed in all types of applications. Please contact us if you have particularly confined space requirements.

Unsupported length

The unsupported length depends on fill weight
X axis: unsupported length in m FLB/FLG
Y axis: fill weight in kg/m
Lower scale: travel S in m
FLB = unsupported with permissible sag
FLG = unsupported with straight upper run

Reference example A:
Fill weight = 0.10 [kg/m]
Unsupported length FLB = 0.12 m
Travel = 0.24 m
