Series YE.56 - Plastic-steel hybrid e-chain®

YE system - the best mix of lightweight plastic and tough steel for an e-chain® that can handle high unsupported travels with ease.

Separators are assembled every 2nd e-chain® link in crossbars with outer plates made of plastic!

Standard - for all purposes
(56.1 = unassembled; 56.1.1 = assembled)
Separator, wide base for maximum holding force and stability in e-chains® and energy tubes

Separator, narrow top for fast cable installation
(56.2 = unassembled; 56.2.1 = assembled)
Wide base on one side for high holding force, narrow on opposite side for easy cable installation.

Separator with narrow base for many thin cables
(56.3 = unassembled; 56.3.1 = assembled)
Separator with narrow base for many thin cables side by side. Space-saving in energy chains.

For e.g. Side-mounted applications
(56.4 = unassembled; 56.4.1 = assembled)
Asymmetrical separator, results in defined clearance and spacers can be dispensed with. For e-chains® and e-tubes.

Notch separator for integrated grid structure
(56.5 = unassembled; 56.5.1 = assembled)
Notch separator locks into crossbar to be positioned exactly. Recommended for side-mounted applications.

Horizontal interior separation
(520.X = unassembled; 521.X = assembled)
Locks securely into the separator at both ends, allowing a fixed width. Can be used as full-width or partial shelf.
